The pickup guy was so polite and got everything done really quickly. it made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated.

"Super easy from ordering to using it"
Ordering the Bagster online was painless, which I appreciated because I’m already biased toward anything that doesn’t make cleanup more complicated. Once it showed up, setup was just as easy. I unfolded it, put it where I needed it, and that was basically it. No tools, no confusing instructions, no extra hassle. It made the whole cleanup feel a lot less annoying than I expected.

"Pickup was fine, but don’t count on the timing"
The bag itself was easy enough to use, so no complaints there. Just a heads up though: the pickup scheduling wasn’t very reliable for me. I booked a day, but they showed up later than expected, which threw off my plans a bit. It did get picked up eventually, but if you’re on a tight schedule, I’d be careful and not assume they’ll come exactly when planned.

"Pretty roomy, but kind of proved my point"
I bought this mostly to toss a bunch of random junk in, and it does hold a lot. I already had a feeling it might not handle heavier stuff too well, and sure enough, once I loaded it up, it started to rip a little. Still useful for lighter items, but I wouldn’t trust it with anything too heavy

"Decent if they actually pick up where you live"
Bagster worked fine for me, but the whole “check if they even service your address” thing was kind of annoying. Luckily, they did pick up in my area and scheduling was easy, so I can’t complain too much there. But it’s frustrating that their coverage isn’t better, my friend who lives close by couldn’t use it at all. So yeah, it’s a good option if you happen to be in their pickup zone, but that’s a big “if.”
